Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators

Lea Marie Ravotti was born in the Czech Republic and graduated with a Master's degree in art education and art history.

Her passion is in picture books.  She regards picture books to be art galleries for children,  she collects them and forces them as gifts on everyone around her.

She illustrated "Signs and Mysteries" by Mike Aquilina (Our Sunday Visitor), MESSY MONKEYS (POW!Kids) and SIDEWALK CHALK (Gnome Road Publishing) coming in 2025. 

Lea Marie resides with her husband and their three girls in Pennsylvania.

She is a member of SCBWI and Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators.
