A native of Chicago, Ilene Winn-Lederer attended the Museum School of the Art Institute of Chicago, followed by studies in illustration and graphic design at the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts. Through group and solo exhibitions both regional and national, Ilene’s work is represented in many public and private collections such as MARC, Inc. and The Blount Collection of American Art. She has taught illustration and design at the Ivy School of Professional Art and at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
In her Pittsburgh studio, Ilene creates original artworks, commissioned illustrations, limited edition prints and posters for private collectors and corporate clients.
