Joe has been working full-time as a graphic designer in the Pittsburgh market since his graduation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1992.

He has been oil painting for pure enjoyment since 1990. He is active in local artists groups and has had works displayed in various regional galleries and juried exhibits.
