Justin
Hrala was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in
Canadohta Lake, PA. Early in life he discovered
his talent and love for art and has continued
to refine his skills. Justin graduated from the
Art Institute of Pittsburgh in March of 2006
with a Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts and Animation.
Justin
has done work with various genres, to include
comic books, children's illustration and
his first love in life, fantasy and science-fiction.
Justin's inspiration comes from many sources;
traditional inspiration includes Rembrandt,
Dali and Van Gogh. More modern inspiration
includes Jason Chan, Marko Djurdjevic and
Kuang Hong.
Justin
works with graphite, pen and ink, oil, and
acrylic, but does the majority of his work
digitally, utilizing his mighty Wacom tablet
to paint his finished images.
